Texas Petroleum Group is a wholly owned portfolio company of Shell USA, doing business as Shell Mobility & Convenience. The Company’s primary business is the operations of the Timewise Retail and Food Stores; a chain of convenience retail stores and gasoline outlets, many of which offer a food kitchen, full-service deli, and/or tunnel car wash. Founded in 2022 with the acquisition of the Timewise retail store brand, Shell Mobility & Convenience has expanded through acquisition and new to market builds in multiple states.
